    The Developing Consultant (12-18 months): Program is aimed at developing consultants into well-rounded and distinguished Executive Talent Consultants.

    The Managing Consultant (Managing 1-2 Consultants): Program is aimed at developing training, mentoring and management skills in preparation to become a Division Manager.

    The Growing Manager (Managing 4-6 consultants): Advanced program aimed at developing managers into future business leaders
